Appassionata Me

This is not a physically strenuous tour, but clients should be in good enough physical condition to walk around the flat, cobblestoned streets of Florence for much of the day, stopping for breaks along the way. A couple of the places we tour in Tuscany have an incline to walk up but for the most part all that is required is walking at a strolling pace. Periods of standing are expected.
Additional charges may incur for any special accommodations made (taxis, etc.) if you are unable to do so.

All bookings must take place before the registration deadline of 90 days before the departure date of the trip.
A deposit of $500 must be received to confirm your booking and hold your reservation. If no deposit is received 14 days after your booking your space will become available for re-booking.
Full payment must be made by the registration deadline.

Unforeseen circumstances, such as a church closed to the public for a private event, may result in slight modifications to the tour. We reserve the right to make changes as necessary.

90+ days prior to departure - full refund excluding $200 cancellation fee
89 days or less prior to departure - no refund *** Travel insurance will protect you from unexpected cancellation penalties.
If Appassionata Me must cancel for any reason, there will be a full refund of all fees paid to the company. This does not include any transportation costs you may have incurred on your own.

*** If I am able to book your spot with another guest I will give you a full refund less the cancellation fee.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended

to protect yourself from unforeseen events preventing you from going on the trip.

Appassionata Me and its insurers shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the guest(s) while on or in any way connected with this tour. No liability will be accepted for any loss, damage, expense, injury or inconvenience for any reason. No incidental or consequential damages are allowed.
Any loss or damage to our accommodation property caused by you will result in the cost of repair or replacement paid to the owners of the accommodation. You are responsible for any damages.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to provide personal and public liability protection.
Only the persons specified on the registration form during the booking process may stay in the accommodations.
All of the service suppliers are considered independent contractors and are not in any way controlled by Appassionata Me and we undertake no responsibility for reservations, accommodations, transportation or safety, nor for any other aspect of the trip except the program as specified. Consequently, Appassionata Me shall not be construed to make any covenants or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding this trip and shall not be liable in any way for any personal injury, death, property damage or any loss incurred by any person in connection with the trip.

Appassionata Me reserves the right to take photographic or video records of any of our trips and trip participants, and may use any such records for promotional purposes.
